Privacy Policy — Ultimate Tic Tac Toe
Effective date: 20 July 2026 · Last updated: 20 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ultimate Tic Tac Toe ("the game", "we", "us")
handles information when you play. We designed the game to be playable anonymously and
we do not track you across other apps or websites. By using the game you agree to
this Policy.
1. Who we are
Ultimate Tic Tac Toe is a casual board game published by DD Agencia. For any privacy
question you can reach us at info@ddagencia.com.
2. Information we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game:
- No sign-in required. You can play immediately with an anonymous session. In this
mode we do not collect your name or email.
- Account information (optional). If you choose to link an account with Google,
Apple or email, we store your email address and display name through Firebase
Authentication. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we also display the profile photo
provided by that account.
- Gameplay data. Your coins, scores, unlocked skins and online match history are
stored in Firebase Realtime Database so you can play online and appear on the leaderboard.
- Advertising data. Our ad provider (Google AdMob) may process limited device
information to deliver and measure ads. We request non-personalized ads only.
- Local-only data. Your single-player statistics and in-game settings are stored
on your device and never leave it.
3. How we use information
- To provide core features: online matchmaking, the leaderboard, coins and skins.
- To save and restore your progress when you link an account.
- To display advertising that keeps the game free.
- To keep the game secure and prevent cheating or abuse in online matches.
4. Advertising and tracking
The game shows ads served by Google AdMob. We request non-personalized ads
(nonPersonalizedAds = true). We do not access the iOS advertising
identifier (IDFA), so the app does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission,
and we do not track you across apps or websites for advertising.
5. Third-party services
We rely on Google services that have their own privacy policies:
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their
own marketing.
6. Data retention
Account and gameplay data remain stored while your account exists. When you delete your
account, the associated data is removed from our servers. Anonymous sessions hold only
gameplay data tied to that session.
7. Your rights and choices
- Access & deletion. You can delete your account at any time from the profile
screen inside the game, which removes your data from our servers. You may also email us
to request access or deletion.
- Play without an account. You can keep playing anonymously and never provide
an email or name.
- Depending on your region (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA) you may
have additional rights over your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
8. Children's privacy
The game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. It is not directed to
children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you
believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Data security
Data is stored on Google's Firebase infrastructure and protected in transit with
encryption. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable
measures to protect your information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the
latest version. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
